How is the pricing calculated?
Our pricing is based on two main factors: the total number of images in your gallery and the number of selfie searches allowed. The base price starts at $0.01 per image and $0.10 per selfie search. Additional features like custom design, domain, and API access are available as add-ons.
Can I upgrade my plan during an event?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time during your event. The price difference will be prorated based on the remaining duration of your event. Contact our support team for assistance with upgrades.
What happens if I exceed my image or search limits?
If you exceed your limits, you'll be notified and given the option to upgrade your plan or purchase additional capacity. Your gallery will continue to function, but you'll need to upgrade to add more images or searches.
How long are my galleries available?
Your galleries remain available for 1 year from the event date. You can extend the availability period for an additional fee. All images and data are securely backed up during this time.
What kind of support do you offer?
We offer different levels of support based on your plan. Basic plans include email support with a 24-hour response time. Pro plans include priority support with a 12-hour response time. Enterprise plans include 24/7 premium support with a dedicated account manager.
